Improv & Synergy
Feeling like a third wheel? In interactions with three or more people, it’s easy get lost in the chaos of plurality. People are spoken over, ideas are misunderstood, and individuals retreat inward at the expense of productivity. In this applied improv workshop students will participate in improv exercises that isolate group dynamics, learning how to share focus, identify and work towards a common goal, while navigating multi-person interactions. Special emphasis will be placed on listening with integrity, agreeing to ideas, and shifting the locus of control. Participants will leave with a refined ability to facilitate, and engage in, group interactions.
